We currently ship our handcrafted chocolates across India. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website or social media.
3. Processing Time
- All our chocolates are handcrafted fresh. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.
- For custom orders or bulk orders (e.g., wedding or corporate gifts), processing may take longer. We will communicate the estimated delivery time with you in such cases.
4. Delivery Time
- Once processed, your order will be shipped and should arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons like festivals, holidays, or sales events. We’ll do our best to get your chocolates to you as quickly as possible.
5. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor the delivery status of your chocolates.
6. Handling & Packaging
Since chocolates are delicate and temperature-sensitive, we take special care in packaging them to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. In warmer weather, we may use insulated packaging or cold packs to prevent melting.
7. Shipping Issues
- Melted or Damaged Chocolates: While we do our best to pack your chocolates securely, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package, especially in hot climates. We cannot take responsibility for melted chocolates due to weather conditions, but we’re always here to assist if you face any issues.
- Incorrect Address: Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order. Choco Muse is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
