Refund and Return Policy

At Choco Muse, we put our heart into every chocolate we make, and we want you to love each bite. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. To make your experience smooth, here’s our refund and return policy.

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we currently do not accept returns. We strive to maintain the highest quality, and once our products leave our kitchen, we cannot accept them back for health and safety reasons.

2. Refunds & Replacements

If you receive a product that is damaged, melted, or not up to the mark due to a shipping issue or a manufacturing defect, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!

  • Damaged Goods: If your chocolates arrive damaged or in poor condition, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. Send us an email at support@choco-muse.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  • Wrong or Missing Items: If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We’ll make sure to either replace the product or send the missing items as soon as possible.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are offered only in the case of damaged or incorrect products. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Shipping Issues

Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility, we have limited control over shipping conditions. We recommend you ensure that someone is available to receive the package, especially in hot weather, to avoid melting issues. While we do our best to package items securely, we cannot offer refunds for chocolates that have melted due to weather conditions during transit.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, cancellations may not be possible as our chocolates are made fresh.
