4. Orders and Payment
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee product availability.
- Payment: We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking through secure payment gateways. Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.
- Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After this time, cancellations may not be possible as we begin preparing your fresh chocolates.
